Magic City Grill in Manchester

The service was fast and friendly the food was mediocre just not my cup of tea

Good food and good people. Fried pickles were excellent.

Had the sub $8 lunch special of hand breaded chicken strips and hand cut fries. Wow was it a huge plate of food, hot, and really done right. Will come back and try other items next time I am in the area.

Really good food. I think they need to hire a couple more people. It can get really busy and you may have to wait a bit for your food. But even if you have to wait the food is still really good.

There is not much to chose from in Manchester, so I decided to give Magic City Grill a try. So far this is the best place I have found to eat. Definitely worth a try.

When the Bullock House burned down, I started looking for another place to eat when I was in Manchester. I read some of the reviews for the MCG and decided to give it a try.Everyone looked at me funny when I told them where I ate, and I agree that the restaurant could have a better name. Also the atmosphere is very low key, much like I would expect from a small town, mom and pop type of place.I ordered the Big Boy Rib Eye steak - Blackened and it was like meat candy. It was so tender, that I think it would have dissolved in my mouth if I didn't instinctively chew it. I don't remember if I have had a better steak. The others in my party had the haddock, hamburger steak, and the Philly cheese steak. They all said that theirs was good as well. Also, they have fried okra as a side...I think this place has become my new stop for Manchester. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely horrible. Gravy tastes like school food, the Philly Cheese Steak Was awful, and we found PLASTIC in the hamburger steak. The staff ignored us several times. And three meals for $57.00? That is way too much. Just go to the Bulloch House.

I wandered through Manchester, GA on my way to the "little" White House and stopped here to eat. I had the daily lunch special and it hit the spot. The service was quick and friendly and the food was appetizing. Try it out.
